Designer Childrens Clothing

We want you to be 100% happy with the goods and service you receive from Your Children’s Wardrobe but should you wish to return goods to us, you are able to return any part of your order, any time. Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods.  These items can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

We will not accept goods outside of the time frame (except faulty garments) and we will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.

NB: We are unable to accept returns on underwear and swimwear.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS
Goods can be returned to store, in person, or by post. Parcels are returned at your own cost. 

We will only accept returns on goods which are in the same condition as they were when sent. Please return them unused in their original packaging, complete with product tags and your receipt/proof of purchase to:

The parcel remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches Your Children’s Wardrobe and therefore we advise sending postal returns by Recorded Delivery and a Proof of Posting should be obtained.

REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase transaction within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned but will exclude delivery costs.
