Your Children’s Wardrobe uses Royal Mail postal services and can deliver within the UK and Worldwide as follows:

Standard UK Delivery £4.95
All orders placed before 12 noon will arrive with customers in 3 – 5 working days.

Orders are despatched using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. In the event that you are not at home, and are unable to sign for the parcel, a card will be left for you to collect the package from the local Post Office.

Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery £9.95
All orders placed before 12 noon will arrive with customers next working day. Please note that this service will require a signature upon delivery.

Non Mainland UK
Postage will be charged at cost and will vary. Please contact us for a quotation.

NB:
All delivery times exclude Bank Holidays. Should an item becomes temporarily out of stock we will notify you to advise of delay and then dispatch as soon as it arrives. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and comply with the Act in all our dealings with your personal data.

Use and collection of personal information
In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise.

We may use information that you provide:

(a)   To register you with our website and to administer it.
(b)   For assessment and analysis e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable us to review, develop and improve our services.

We want you to be 100% happy with the goods and service you receive from Your Children’s Wardrobe but should you wish to return goods to us, you are able to return any part of your order, any time. Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods.  These items can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

We will not accept goods outside of the time frame (except faulty garments) and we will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.

NB: We are unable to accept returns on underwear and swimwear.

How to return goods
Goods can be returned to store, in person, or by post. Parcels are returned at your own cost. 

We will only accept returns on goods which are in the same condition as they were when sent. Please return them unused in their original packaging, complete with product tags and your receipt/proof of purchase to:

The parcel remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches Your Children’s Wardrobe and therefore we advise sending postal returns by Recorded Delivery and a Proof of Posting should be obtained.

Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase transaction within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned but will exclude delivery costs.
